Key responsibilities & impact

Process and create Indirect Purchase Requisitions for internal employees across various departments and countries, following defined standards and compliance requirements
Create Direct Purchase Orders for external suppliers covering goods and services
Perform quality checks on procurement requirements and documentation
Support internal stakeholders in creating Purchase Requisitions
Respond to inquiries related to Procurement processes
Support Plant Maintenance tasks, including creating and updating Purchase Info Records
Handle stakeholder requests related to reporting and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

German fluency (minimum B2)
English at B1/B2 level
At least 1 year of experience in Procurement or Sourcing (nice to have)
Bachelor’s degree
Strong customer orientation, including in challenging situations and interactions with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with SAP systems; weBuy and SAP ERP preferred
