About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the project end-to-end, from planning and coordination through MVP testing and deployment preparation
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and changing scope
- Lead a multicultural and cross-functional team without direct line management responsibility
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external suppliers
- Work in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
- Define and maintain project documentation, plans and project management artefacts
- Monitor progress, anticipate risks and ensure timely completion of activities
- Coordinate MVP testing across selected international markets
- Capture market processes and requirements impacting AI solution development
- Support project-related change management activities
- Prepare project status updates, reports and stakeholder information
- Facilitate project governance meetings and contribute to decision-making forums
- Support markets preparing for future deployment of the final solution
- Act as a trusted project management partner, identifying challenges and proposing solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in international or complex transformation projects
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies or in a hybrid project environment
- Experience with marketing-related projects and/or global initiatives
- Experience in AI or technology-related projects will be an advantage
- Experience in change management and implementing projects across multiple markets or locations
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Confidence in using AI tools
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex tasks
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to challenge existing ways of working
- Confidence in leading remote, multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Ability to drive projects forward when scope, priorities or information change
- Strong focus on delivering measurable business impact
