About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily coordination, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach Product Teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective product ways of working
- Support Product Owners with backlog readiness, quality, transparency, and prioritization
- Use Jira and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate identification, escalation, and resolution of impediments and delivery risks
- Drive continuous improvement and follow through on retrospective actions
- Promote transparency around delivery progress, commitments, risks, and dependencies
- Foster collaboration between Product Teams and stakeholders
- Support improvements in planning discipline, backlog management, delivery flow, and team effectiveness
- Use team-level delivery indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Help teams build sustainable ways of working and increase autonomy and self-organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach, or in a similar role within a product development environment
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and product-based ways of working
- Experience supporting one or more Product Teams, preferably in a complex or cross-functional environment
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Experience working with Jira and delivery/team metrics
- Good understanding of backlog management, refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery flow
- Ability to facilitate resolution of impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Data-driven and pragmatic approach to continuous improvement and team effectiveness
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Coaching mindset focused on enabling teams to become increasingly self-organizing and effective
- Experience turning retrospective insights into concrete and measurable improvements
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and distributed environment
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
