About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze key financial metrics to identify business performance trends
- Perform profitability, cost, and revenue analysis to support strategic decisions
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop MMR presentations to communicate findings clearly
- Perform ad-hoc data gathering, extraction, manipulation, and report production
- Build financial models to evaluate different business scenarios
- Assist in assessing the financial viability of new projects or investments
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy
- Identify new reporting requirements and coordinate report improvements and changes
- Leverage ERP and BI tools to automate routine tasks
- Collaborate with the global FP&A team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and D365
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communicative English
- Good presentation skills
