About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve the set performance targets required by the company
- Maintain and continuously develop existing customers
- Complete key customer development, new customer or new market development, and leadership product promotion tasks
- Coordinate with BD/GKA and relevant stakeholders on project development, tracking, and implementation
- Improve the win rate
- Collaborate with marketing, solution management, revenue management and relevant teams to drive high-value solutions using the company portfolio
- Complete routine CRM and sales-related activities according to requirements or set indicators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree or above; major in chemistry, industry or electrical preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant business experience, with experience in key account management and development
- Solid experience in managing large-scale projects
- Experience in heavy-duty anti-corrosion/industrial paint or related industries
- CET 4
- Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Fast learning and adaptation ability
- Team player and anti-pressure ability
- Submit CV in both Chinese and English
