About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a critical R&D bridge between commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services) and global R&D functions
- Leverage marine coatings expertise to drive customer satisfaction
- Support new business development
- Ensure seamless technical execution across projects and product solutions
- Independently manage product maintenance, testing and formula optimization projects
- Provide support to BTE, marketing, SC and other stakeholders
- Lead complaint investigations and lab testing
- Update progress and submit project reports
- Maintain 6S in the working environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science and material science
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Fluent Chinese and English communication skills in both writing and speaking
- Customer orientation and team work spirit
- Good operational ability
- Good communication skills
