About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the intermediaries (brokers and agents) of two insurance partners
  • Assist with and respond to inquiries regarding underwriting processes and Sales Support Tools (OAVs)
  • Participate in launching products and monitoring contracts
  • Analyze applications and verify supporting documents
  • Coordinate with administration teams and support policyholders
  • Monitor high-value protection insurance cases with intermediaries and medical teams
  • Establish administrative monitoring of protection insurance cases requiring medical underwriting
  • Handle cancellation requests and premium adjustments
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a high-quality experience for partners and policyholders
  • Provide first-level responses to clients and partners
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with other departments
  • Manage complaints and resolve blocking issues
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate contact
  • Identify and handle requests from VIP clients
  • Escalate high-impact or complex situations to management
  • Ensure commercial activity is accurately recorded in the relevant tools
  • Verify that contractual changes are reflected in endorsements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two-year post-secondary degree (BTS in Insurance, Finance, Banking, Real Estate, or Business Administration)
  • Previous experience in health insurance and/or a middle-office environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Versatility and adaptability
