About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and update customer master data in SAP SD
Manage customer-specific discounts, terms and conditions, and master data
Record and maintain marketing campaigns for automated order processing
Ensure data quality and compliance with defined standards
Analyze and optimize existing master data processes
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in the area of data protection
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and locations across the DACH region
Support the continuous development of data structures and processes
Contribute to high data quality and the smooth execution of business processes across the DACH region

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in master data maintenance, administrative support, or data administration
Good to very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Initial experience with SAP SD is an advantage
Independent, conscientious, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good German skills and ideally knowledge of English
