Serve as scrum master
Set and achieve sprint goals
Foster a culture of unit testing and quality
Drive team performance
Drive discipline required to achieve and sustain Continuous Delivery
Create a culture of trust and respect within the team
Promote transparency of the development process
Set team expectations
Mentor and coach for technical excellence

Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
Facilitate user story estimation
Track progress
Track and remove team impediments
Drive delivery outcomes within tight timeframes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Understanding of agile methodology and frameworks
Deep knowledge of web technologies used in the development environment
Experience and good grasp of all aspects of the SDLC
Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve goals and deadlines
Knowledge of architectural patterns such as SoC, DI, MVC, MVVM or Micro-services
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experienced facilitator (meetings, productivity, actions, outcomes)
Ability to balance conflicting demands on the team and on individuals
Degree in Computer Science or related qualification
6+ years hands-on experience as a senior developer and team leader
