About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare statutory accounts for 14 statutory entities and 6 dormant entities in the UK and Ireland
Prepare group accounts and consolidate foreign subsidiaries
Post and maintain leases in compliance with US GAAP standards
Maintain a strict controls process to ensure compliance with internal policies
Post tax entries
Assess technical accounting measures and implement new accounting standards
Support the Finance team with closing Internal Audit matters
Provide technical accounting support to foreign subsidiaries
Perform company secretarial duties
Complete ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Newly qualified in either ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Good technical knowledge of US GAAP and FRS102 standards
Knowledge of Caseware software
Ability to work with a complex accounting package
Advanced Excel proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships with key members of staff and other management accountants in the team
