About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and project-manage implementation of Henry Schein's modern pricing platform and broader enterprise pricing transformation
  • Translate enterprise pricing vision and roadmap into coordinated plans, architecture decisions, business requirements, and delivery outcomes
  • Oversee configuration and build of pricing rules, workflows, and system logic with the system integrator
  • Govern data and solution architecture, master data, data quality, lineage, controls, and reconciliation
  • Define integration requirements across MPP, Vistex Chargebacks, Vistex Rebates, Databricks, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and reporting platforms
  • Manage product backlog, enhancement prioritization, release planning, and continuous improvement
  • Lead future-state process and operating-model design, governance, change management, training, testing, readiness, adoption, and value realization
  • Coordinate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data migration, validation, testing, cutover, release readiness, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support
  • Maintain enterprise visibility into milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, readiness, adoption, and outcomes
  • Manage system integrator and vendor performance, deliverables, resources, budget, scope, and quality
  • Facilitate design forums and governance decisions across cross-functional workstreams
  • Define and track delivery, adoption, service, data-quality, and financial-value KPIs, including ROI
  • Build reusable pricing transformation capabilities, documentation, standards, and talent; coach team members
  • Own the post-launch enhancement roadmap and continuous improvement cadence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in pricing, commercial transformation, product management, technology implementation, data and analytics, or related professional experience
  • 3 or more years of people leadership, program leadership, or management experience
  • Strong experience leading enterprise transformation and complex technology-enabled business programs
  • Working knowledge of B2B pricing processes and commercial capabilities, including price setting, segmentation, agreements, rebates, chargebacks, approvals, and price execution
  • Experience translating business strategy and process requirements into data and solution architecture
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT, data lakes or lakehouses, analytics platforms, SQL, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience managing systems integrators or implementation partners on large-scale enterprise platform builds
  • Strong product management capability, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, user stories, release planning, and Agile delivery methods
  • Experience across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and operational support
  • Demonstrated change management and adult-learning capability
  • Strong governance, risk, issue, dependency, vendor, budget, and scope management skills
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree is listed as preferred education; master's degree and certifications are a plus
