About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact after a doctor refers a family to Hera
  • Explain Hera's services and guide families from referral through their first Hero appointment
  • Convert referrals into active clients
  • Guide families through paperwork, documentation, insurance verification, and scheduling
  • Coordinate between families and Hera's care team for a clean handoff to their matched Hero
  • Help families upload documents, join telehealth appointments, and sign electronic forms
  • Identify and resolve friction in the intake process
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to streamline workflows and scale onboarding while maintaining quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Available to work 30–40 hours per week, mostly during business hours EST
  • Background in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success, especially with older adults or their families
  • Warm phone presence and strong follow-through
  • Ability to improve processes efficiently without cutting corners
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • Experience working with older adults or their families in a healthcare setting
  • Resume required
