About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own performance tracking across paid social, paid search, SEO, email, organic social, and partner placement channels
  • Deliver monthly performance reports covering customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, lifetime value, and return on spend by channel
  • Partner with engineering to build dashboards tracking the customer lifecycle from first touch through booking and repeat use
  • Recommend monthly and quarterly budget allocation based on channel performance
  • Evaluate new spend opportunities, including partner newsletter placements and sponsorships
  • Maintain a record of marketing spend and results to build historical benchmarks
  • Balance family and helper acquisition to maintain a healthy marketplace supply-demand ratio
  • Own technical SEO strategy, including site audits, page prioritization, and optimization briefs
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify pages to optimize and build
  • Collaborate on seasonal campaign plans aligned with family care decisions
  • Turn performance analytics into actionable content direction across web, blog, social, and email
  • Oversee email marketing strategy, deliverability, and engagement
  • Measure and report on healthcare partner campaigns
  • Build acquisition reporting showing partners the reach and results of co-marketing efforts
  • Report to the Content Lead and collaborate with content, sales, design, engineering, and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics
  • Direct ownership of channel budgets and spend recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience building CAC, LTV, and ROAS reporting that leadership used to make spend decisions
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Meta and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, site structure, and page optimization
  • Ability to translate data into clear briefs that writers and designers can act on
  • Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces, healthcare or healthcare technology, senior care, home care or caregiving services, consumer subscription or on-demand services, or B2B and SaaS marketing is strongly preferred
  • SQL or dashboard tool experience, such as Looker Studio or Tableau, is a plus
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus
