Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in landscape industry
  • Proven success in B2B sales, including managing multi-million-dollar territories
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and practices
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory
  • Employment offers contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen, as permitted by law
