About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Move, stock, and organize products in the yard and warehouse
Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, front end loaders, and other equipment while following safety rules
Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards
Check and verify orders
Complete shipping and receiving paperwork
Work with team members to meet delivery deadlines
Assist with other warehouse or yard tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday
Experience loading operating a front end loader or other large construction machinery
Prior experience in hands-on, outdoor/indoor yard/warehouse, operational work or similar environment
High school diploma or equivalent of education and experience
Must pass background screening and drug screening
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards using forklifts, front end loaders, or pallet jacks
Ability to work in outdoor and warehouse environments in noise and hot or cold temperatures
Ability to follow safety guidelines, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and use proper lifting techniques
