About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a strong understanding of Heritage Werks Group’s enterprise AI offering, target customers, priority use cases, and commercial model.
  • Refine the partner-facing value proposition and packaged use cases.
  • Identify and prioritize consulting firms, systems integrators, relevant practices, and senior decision-makers.
  • Activate existing relationships to secure qualified introductions and meetings.
  • Position the offering with alliance leaders, practice leaders, industry leaders, and other appropriate decision-makers.
  • Participate in partner conversations, discovery meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Identify opportunities within partners’ existing client portfolios and pursue accounts jointly.
  • Advance joint pursuits, named-account opportunities, pilots, and commercial proposals.
  • Advise on partner incentives, services opportunities, and commercial structures.
  • Maintain a documented partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline with named accounts, next steps, estimated values, and probabilities.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline and progress reviews with executive leadership.
  • Recommend relationships and opportunities to expand or continue after the initial engagement.
  • During the initial 90 days, learn Authority AI, prioritize target firms and decision-makers, secure partner meetings, introduce leadership to contacts, develop pilot opportunities and commercial proposals, and build a measurable partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Target approximately 10 qualified partner or channel meetings, at least three pilot or commercial proposals, one or two wins, and a repeatable partner-channel plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 15 years of experience in enterprise-technology sales, strategic alliances, channel development, or partner-led growth.
  • Demonstrated record of generating measurable pipeline or revenue through consulting firms, systems integrators, cloud providers, or reseller ecosystems.
  • Current, credible relationships with senior decision-makers at relevant organizations.
  • Experience commercializing enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, knowledge-management, content-management, or digital-asset-management solutions.
  • Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling arrangements, pilot programs, and partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Ability to translate a technical solution into a compelling business and services opportunity for a partner.
  • Executive presence to represent Heritage Werks Group with senior leaders.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented approach and willingness to personally make introductions and advance opportunities.
  • Strong pipeline management and reporting discipline.
  • Résumé with a LinkedIn profile.
  • Brief cover letter highlighting relevant strategic-alliance or channel-development experience.
