About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute Campus & Branch channel growth initiatives to generate pipeline and revenue growth
Drive AI networking adoption, Campus & Branch modernization, enterprise network transformation, cloud-managed networking, and lifecycle expansion through solution positioning
Identify and support competitive displacement programs and migration opportunities
Support regional sales plays and acceleration programs, including Partner and PAM activation
Identify, qualify, and progress strategic opportunities with targeted partners
Provide technical guidance, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation throughout the sales cycle
Assist partners with customer architectures, adoption strategies, managed service practices, and business outcomes
Support development and delivery of partner technical enablement, managed services, demo, proof-of-concept, and readiness programs
Deliver technical workshops, boot camps, and partner activation activities
Develop partner competency across the HPE Networking Campus & Branch portfolio and drive cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Networking, Computer Science Engineering, or related field
5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent
Deep expertise in enterprise networking, including campus switching, wireless networking, managed services, and cloud-managed solutions
Strong understanding of AI-driven networking technologies and operational models
Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, service providers, and distributors
Ability to influence and collaborate across highly matrixed organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Preferred: Experience with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking solutions, including Aruba Central, CX Switching, Mist AI, Marvis AI, EX Switching, and Wireless LAN
Preferred: Experience supporting partner enablement, technical sales, solution architecture, or channel engineering functions
Preferred: Industry certifications in networking or cloud technologies
