About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support brand and corporate marketing initiatives across brand programs, digital experience, events, sponsorships, and related activation work
- Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects and ongoing activities
- Attend team meetings, learn project methodologies, and collaborate with colleagues
- Identify and suggest process and tool changes to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction
- Develop understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and needs
- Complete supervisor-assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in periodic reviews, share updates, and incorporate feedback
- Support brand and creative initiatives through research, planning, content development, and project coordination
- Assist with global events and experiential marketing, including planning, analysis, and post-event learning capture
- Support global sponsorship initiatives and assess brand, audience, and business impact
- Contribute to HPE.com and digital brand-experience projects through content, journey, or experience analysis
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform brand and corporate marketing decisions
- Develop recommendations, presentations, and project deliverables for Brand & Corporate Marketing stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field
- No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Time management skills and ability to work within defined timelines
- Collaborative, solution-focused mindset and sense of urgency
- Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong creative and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Interest in brand, events, sponsorships, or digital experiences
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
