About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and govern end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process and policy architecture
  • Ensure pillar-level designs align to an integrated model
  • Define digital strategy across direct and channel transactional flows
  • Rationalize and disposition product offering introductions and changes
  • Mentor, manage, and guide functional and process architects across discovery, design, build, and test
  • Partner with IT leads to define end-to-end scope by release and deployment phase
  • Lead inventory, assessment, and rationalization of legacy Lead-to-Cash policies
  • Frame tradeoffs and escalate decision points
  • Define core personas and guide experience blueprints and journey maps
  • Translate experience and policy intent into digital and process design guardrails
  • Orchestrate cross-pillar design governance across Front Office, Back Office, Channel, Technical, Data, and Intake leads
  • Support governance forums with options, risks, and downstream implications
  • Ensure decisions are consistently reflected across design artifacts
  • Report into the L2C Management Office

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in enterprise process architecture, transformation, or operating model design
  • Experience in user experience design strategy and principles
  • Experience supporting large-scale commercial and business transformation and/or integration programs
  • Previous experience within channel operations
  • Strong understanding of channel, distributor, and reseller experience
  • Familiarity with core L2C enabling platforms, including CRM, CPQ, order management, provisioning, entitlements, billing, and finance
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes and cross-functional operating models
  • Experience leading policy harmonization and enterprise process architecture efforts
  • Strong business- and systems-thinking mindset
  • Ability to assess upstream/downstream impacts of design decisions
  • Ability to translate strategy and experience intent into clear capability guardrails
  • Executive-ready communication and facilitation skills across business and IT stakeholders
  • Previous experience in the Networking industry preferred
