About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cloud solutions
Assist with deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure, platforms, and services
Contribute to optimizing and automating cloud deployment processes
Test and troubleshoot cloud systems for reliability, performance, and security
Stay current with cloud-computing trends and best practices
Support ongoing cloud operations and provide technical assistance
Build and implement cloud-based solutions for mission-critical applications
Collaborate with project managers and development partners on delivery, deployment, operation, monitoring, and support of cloud engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working towards a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree focused on computer science, computer engineering, software development, or another IT-related field
Knowledge of at least one programming language such as C, C++, Python, JavaScript, or Java and associated libraries
Knowledge of web sockets and cloud networking protocols
Familiarity with software systems running on multiple platform types
Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles and MVC design patterns
Basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, GNU, Linux, IPC, process scheduling, and TCP/IP networking protocols
Some exposure to full-stack Java software development, Java frameworks, application servers, SOAP/REST APIs, Angular, Node, React.js, and version control, preferably Git
