About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure, integrate, and enhance technology capabilities supporting cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and third-party risk management
Translate complex requirements into scalable workflows, reliable data, actionable reporting, and practical automation
Independently deliver complex platform solutions and recommend technical approaches
Partner with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, policy, and IT teams
Establish reusable technical patterns and guide platform users and less-experienced contributors
Deliver priority GRC and TPRM workflow improvements
Implement or materially improve enterprise-system integrations, including asset inventory, ticketing, and vulnerability management tools
Assist in onboarding and managing control frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, and FedRAMP
Build and mature risk-based prioritization for assessment and finding workflows
Automate and maintain the risk management lifecycle
Create scalable risk reporting, analytics, and insights
Identify capability gaps in GRC and TPRM workflows and build solutions to address them
Maintain the GRC platform, including configurations, workflows, and reporting dashboards
Design, implement, enhance, and optimize the GRC platform
Establish reusable configuration, testing, data-mapping, and release standards
Improve cybersecurity risk reporting reliability and usefulness
Deliver automation and AI-assisted use cases such as control mapping, evidence intake, workflow routing, risk summarization, and data-quality validation
Reduce platform, workflow, and data-quality gaps
Train and guide end users on tool functionality and best practices
Coordinate with tool vendors on issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or similar certification
GRC platform certifications, such as OneTrust Certified
5–7 years of experience in Information Security, IT Governance, or Risk Management
5+ years of experience working with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNowGRC, OneTrust, or similar
Expert experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance platforms; OneTrust experience preferred
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001
Experience with automation and agentic AI
Experience with basic integrations and workflow configurations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
ITIL Foundation is a plus
