Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions, processes, and analytics supporting the end-to-end sales lifecycle
Deliver scalable data-driven solutions and enhance sales automation
Provide actionable insights into pipeline, bookings, revenue, and operational performance
Design and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions for enterprise reporting
Integrate SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise data sources
Modernize BI platforms and enable self-service analytics
Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across analytics solutions
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive process automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and mentor team members
Lead complex initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver scalable data solutions
Exercise independent judgment and partner with stakeholders to solve business challenges and enable strategic decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics or related field
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks
Experience integrating SAP and Salesforce enterprise or sales application data to a Cloud Data Lake
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL tools, modern data technologies, SAP, and Salesforce
Experience designing enterprise-scale analytics platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead technical discussions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Snowflake Cortex AI or Databricks Genie experience is nice to have
Real-time data streaming with Kafka or Event Hubs is nice to have
Experience building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau is nice to have
