About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions for enterprise reporting
- Integrate SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise data sources to ensure trusted, high-quality data
- Modernize BI platforms and enable self-service analytics
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across analytics solutions
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive process automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and mentor team members
- Lead complex initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver scalable data solutions
- Provide actionable insights into pipeline, bookings, revenue, and operational performance across the sales lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks
- Experience integrating SAP and Salesforce enterprise or sales application data to a Cloud Data Lake
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL tools, modern data technologies, SAP, and Salesforce
- Experience designing enterprise-scale analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
