About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate executive priorities, communications, decisions, and follow-up
- Drive execution across cross-functional initiatives, dependencies, risks, and escalations
- Establish operating mechanisms for leadership meetings, accountability, and issue resolution
- Prepare executive updates, operating reviews, presentations, and decision materials
- Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables; analyze data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and execution consistency
- Represent Hybrid Cloud in cross-functional HPE forums
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Travel approximately 25%
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in business operations, product or engineering operations, program management, or a related field
- Proven ability to drive execution in complex, fast-paced organizations
- Strong business acumen and operational judgment
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, escalations, and deliverables
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Technology industry experience, preferably in cloud or enterprise technology
- Prior HPE experience or familiarity with HPE processes is highly desirable
- People leadership experience preferred
