Assess growth opportunities, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging industry shifts
Develop fact-based recommendations for business, portfolio, investment, and partnership decisions
Partner with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and long-term business direction
Address critical business questions facing HPE Networking
Lead high-priority strategic projects from problem definition through recommendation, decision, execution, and impact
Structure and solve complex business problems requiring cross-functional leadership and executive alignment
Develop executive-level analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership
Serve as an internal advisor on critical business challenges and opportunities
Translate strategic priorities into action plans and measurable outcomes
Align stakeholders and functions to accelerate execution
Identify risks, barriers, and interdependencies affecting strategic objectives
Support executive planning, strategic reviews, leadership offsites, and high-priority business forums
Build alignment and support decision-making across the Networking leadership team
Develop insights on market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry developments
Generate insights that shape strategic choices and improve business performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, or a related field
Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives from concept through execution
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills
Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities
Ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment in large, matrixed organizations
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while staying focused on outcomes
Experience at a leading strategy consulting firm preferred
Experience in enterprise technology, networking, cloud, security, infrastructure, or a related industry preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of driving AI to make strategy teams more productive and efficient
Hands-on approach to personally leading analysis, developing recommendations, and driving execution
Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority
Ability to work across strategy formulation, executive alignment, and execution
