  • Represent HPE at conferences, social media, and business events
  • Monitor the competitive landscape
  • Drive account business planning and pipeline development
  • Lead deep-dive discussions with clients and account teams

  • Coordinate internal account teams and partners to build solution strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in technology or related field preferred, or equivalent technical qualifications
  • 12+ years of technical experience in IT focused on technical consulting and solution selling
  • 2+ industry-standard relevant technology certifications or equivalent experience expected
  • Enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies and certifications helpful but not required
  • Must reside in the greater Texas region
  • Ability to travel to customer sites within the designated region regularly
  • Unique mastery of solution configurations, architecture design, demos, and proofs-of-concept
  • Mastery of the company portfolio, solution domains, adjacent domains, and as-a-service business models
  • Expert cross-functional collaboration to generate revenue through subscription consumption and other as-a-service models
  • Executive-level written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in English and applicable local languages as needed
  • Discussion, persuasion, consultative selling, and advisory influence skills
  • Financial and business acumen, including sales cycles, funnel management, KPIs, TCO/ROI, and financial models
  • Company business knowledge, technical tools, and CRM systems expertise
  • Strong resource management skills
  • Hands-on experience with multiple products, solutions, tools, or services
  • Ability to design playbooks for product, solution, tool, or service demonstrations
  • Ability to deliver live demonstrations or walkthroughs
