About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide tactical and strategic administrative support to upper executive-level employees
  • Maintain key records and compile data for reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Some college-level education highly preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of general administrative experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college-level education
  • Senior/advanced general administrative skills and knowledge
  • Experience supporting multiple employees' administrative needs
  • Specific advanced software skills as required by the department
  • Ability to work with multiple issues/projects
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to resolve complex problems and develop recommended solutions
