About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects and ongoing activities
  • Attend team meetings and learn project methodologies
  • Identify and suggest process and tool changes to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction
  • Develop understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and needs
  • Complete supervisor-assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in periodic project and initiative reviews
  • Support GEO marketing initiatives and translate global priorities into regionally relevant execution plans
  • Assist with lead qualification, pipeline analysis, and reporting
  • Support worldwide partner marketing initiatives, including partner activation, communications, and program analysis
  • Contribute to field-operations planning, documentation, and process improvement
  • Conduct research and analysis to strengthen campaign adoption and go-to-market execution
  • Develop summaries, recommendations, and materials for field, partner, and GMC leadership audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field
  • No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Time management skills and ability to work within defined timelines
  • Proficiency in standard office software, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong business and analytical orientation
  • Interest in go-to-market, sales, channel, or partner ecosystems
  • Ability to organize complex information and identify actionable insights
  • Comfort collaborating across regions, functions, and stakeholders
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate
