About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex supply chain processes, including supplier selection, onboarding, collaboration, management, negotiation, costing, and contract management
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for management
  • Gather, understand, and document requirements with Commodity Management and Manufacturing Operations teams
  • Identify data sources and automate collection processes
  • Analyze data and market trends related to commodities, pricing, supplier selection, and performance management
  • Execute demand and supply matching activities and connect planning to execution
  • Prioritize backlog across functions
  • Lead regional and global business unit planning teams
  • Define and review performance metrics and improvement actions
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to priority projects
  • Manage sourcing projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Document processes and evidence supporting TL9K audits
  • Lead change management, communications, training, user adoption, and business readiness for sourcing transformations
  • Present information using data visualization techniques
  • Lead sourcing systems strategy, deployment, enhancement, governance, and integration across SAP, Ariba, Smart Contracts, supplier portals, and reporting platforms
  • Establish governance for supplier, contract, and material master data
  • Coordinate testing, validation, UAT, and deployment readiness
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations
  • Define and enforce sourcing policies, governance frameworks, operational controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements
  • Manage strategic sourcing programs and transformation initiatives
  • Drive advanced analytics, AI/ML, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 6–10 years of experience in a supply chain function
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Product Costing processes
  • Demonstrated ability in a data or business analyst role
  • Experience in data mining
  • Knowledge of SQL, Business Objects, Agile, SAP, and Oracle preferred
  • Experience using Tableau or Power BI
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Operations, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management
  • Advanced university degree preferred
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes: plan, source, make, deliver
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine-learning concepts
  • Mastery in English and local language
  • Strong analytics background, including Advanced Microsoft Office, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of business process design and re-engineering
  • Knowledge of systems integration and testing
  • Knowledge of program and portfolio management
