About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Global Communications initiatives spanning corporate and financial communications, product and solution communications, team member communications, digital communications, communications technology, and owned social channels
  • Support assigned business units through research, analysis, and project coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects and ongoing activities
  • Attend team meetings, learn project methodologies, and collaborate with colleagues
  • Identify and suggest process and tool changes to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction
  • Develop understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Complete tasks assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in periodic reviews, share updates, and incorporate feedback
  • Support communications initiatives through research, planning, content development, editorial coordination, and project management
  • Assist with corporate and financial communications, including research, message development, stakeholder coordination, and communications planning
  • Support product and solution communications by translating complex business and technology topics into clear, audience-relevant narratives and content
  • Contribute to team member and digital communications through content development, channel planning, editorial calendars, and engagement analysis
  • Support owned social and communications technology initiatives through content performance analysis, channel insights, workflow improvement, or platform-related projects
  • Develop recommendations, presentations, and project deliverables for Global Communications stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field
  • No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Time management skills and ability to work within defined timelines
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong written communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent editing, research, and presentation skills
  • Interest in corporate communications, media, digital channels, social media, or technology storytelling
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-relevant communications
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and project-management skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate
