Key responsibilities & impact

Lead internal projects through planning, controlling, and managing scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal problems and issues
Define strategies to achieve sponsors’ visions of end-state transformations
Manage project financials, business impact, approved budgets, and reliable financial forecasts
Manage complex multi-function and/or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
Manage internal and external resources across multiple regions, generally with teams larger than 20 people
Provide detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
Mentor others and provide role-model support for individual development
Manage projects involving high degrees of transformation, multiple organizations, or the enterprise
Manage portfolios or programs and supervise other project managers on very large multi-function projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

First Level University degree
Advanced University degree preferred
10+ years in project management roles or related roles/businesses
In-depth knowledge of Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
Recognized leader in the Services PM Profession community
PMP Certified
Ability to manage complex, multi-function and/or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
Experience managing internal and external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple regions
Ability to manage projects affecting more than three organizations or the enterprise
Ability to manage a portfolio of projects or a program and supervise other project managers on very large multi-function projects
