Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead customer engagement to meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
  • Plan, control, and manage customer projects
  • Manage corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to implement solutions
  • Establish and maintain portfolio and project management environments
  • Manage customer project delivery for very large, complex, high-risk projects
  • Manage project financials, including P&L, and provide reliable financial forecasts
  • Meet or exceed approved budgets
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities
  • Support qualification and opportunity assessment for large, complex opportunities
  • Act as opportunity manager for high-risk deals
  • Manage upper-level client delivery relationships
  • Represent the organization to external customers and clients
  • Manage internal and external project resources
  • Mentor project team members and provide performance review input and development recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First Level University degree
  • 7 years of experience in project management or like roles/businesses
  • PMP Certified
  • In-depth understanding of company services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
  • Authority in project management methods
  • Ability to contribute to the company's PM Professions community
  • Ability to manage complex, high-risk customer projects, financials, legal and commercial issues
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources with a team size of less than 40 people
