About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create customer-focused certification content, including concepts, examples, tasks, and hands-on activities
Plan, schedule, staff, and participate in written and expert-level certification development workshops
Maintain a network of subject matter experts
Communicate certification objectives, processes, and requirements across the organization
Evaluate and recommend certification exams, specializations, and learning paths
Create, review, and maintain certification exam blueprints
Use AI-assisted tools to generate portions of exam content
Review, validate, consolidate, edit, update, and enhance exam items and practice exams
Convert workshop outputs into functional expert-level exam environments and validate tasks
Design, build, maintain, and validate master topologies with lab engineering teams
Build and maintain exam forms and topology files for online delivery
Troubleshoot expert-level exam delivery environments during candidate testing
Review feedback and propose corrective actions and improvements
Analyze exam performance data and coordinate exam updates, revisions, security enhancements, and publication
Develop self-study bundles, lab content, and courseware with contractors and internal stakeholders
Manage learning-content development and delivery projects
Guide candidates on learning paths, certification tracks, and exam selection
Explain certification content and objectives to internal and external stakeholders
Support candidate registration and certification operations at company events and testing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience producing technical content
BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related degree, or networking certification or comparable experience
Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to utilize AI tools to scale content creation while retaining high-quality output
Hands-on experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services
Expertise with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and technologies preferred
Networking industry expert-level certifications preferred
