About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to L3 and L4 business leaders
  • Enable business strategy execution through talent, organization, culture, and workforce decisions
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent outcomes, and change management
  • Build understanding of business strategy, operating priorities, and organizational challenges
  • Translate business objectives into talent and workforce strategies
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, location strategy, and capability planning
  • Provide strategic consultation on organizational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline discussions
  • Identify critical talent risks and develop retention strategies
  • Support leadership assessment, development planning, and career growth initiatives
  • Support long-term workforce planning and resource allocation decisions
  • Leverage workforce analytics and insights to inform organizational decisions
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, business transformation, and integration activities
  • Lead change management and communication planning during organizational changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Data interpretation, analysis, and insight storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of local/regional labor and employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis
