About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate internal communications programs for HPE Networking team members globally
  • Support HPE Networking all-team meetings and internal written, visual, and video communications
  • Contribute networking content to meetings across HPE
  • Drive content and manage coordination and logistics for internal events, including all-team meetings and ask-me-anything sessions
  • Manage HPE Networking Viva Engage channels and periodic email newsletter
  • Drive the editorial calendar and source ideas and content across the Networking business
  • Write posts and content as needed and execute production and posting
  • Lead Networking executive communications contributions to cross-team efforts such as quarterly business reviews
  • Support ongoing communications measurement and benchmarking
  • Help drive annual and quarterly planning for the Networking executive communications team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Able to work from the office two or more days per week
  • BA/BS degree in communications or a related field OR equivalent work experience in communications
  • 7+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism, or marketing
  • Experience supporting top executive leadership and/or the C-suite, with a global technology leader preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and program management skills
  • Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results
  • Knowledge of communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles
  • Experience with Viva Engage and Teams Webinars a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects with tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including senior management
  • Prior knowledge and experience in enterprise technology preferred
  • Ability to work from home, at the office, or on the go
