About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Networking CFO, Chief of Staff, and Finance Leadership Team to execute strategic priorities and business objectives
  • Lead and coordinate operational activities across the Networking Finance organization
  • Drive strategic projects supporting business growth, organizational effectiveness, and transformation initiatives
  • Develop, track, and operationalize KPI frameworks for the CFO and Finance Leadership Team
  • Create executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews
  • Measure and communicate the impact of strategic initiatives, engagement programs, and operational improvements through data-driven reporting
  • Manage the Finance organization’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and follow-up actions
  • Design and execute employee engagement, recognition, and communication programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Communications, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Identify operational challenges, risks, and opportunities and drive actions through resolution
  • Support organizational change initiatives, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes and programs
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders, translating strategic priorities into executable plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 6–10 years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related functional area
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
  • Strong project and program management capabilities, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading change initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement
  • Proactive, self-starting approach with a strong bias for action
