About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow into a Global Order Management SME role supporting escalations, integration projects, and system enhancements
  • Write business requirement documents and review functional system design documents for implementation approval
  • Perform system and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT), document issues, and work with IT teams to resolve them
  • Partner with Pricing, Customer Service, Logistics, Revenue, and Finance on projects and process improvements
  • Create process documentation, lead requirements discussions, and develop test plans and scripts
  • Troubleshoot system issues and assist with escalations
  • Provide backup support for EDI-related development, testing, and implementation
  • Analyze Customer Master and Sales Order data during testing cycles and deployment
  • Track enhancement requests and project activities in JIRA and ServiceNow

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 2–4 years' experience using SAP
  • Juniper SKU integration preferred
  • Analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of order management processes and business tools, systems, and practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating through storytelling and script writing
  • Ability to work an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office
