Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the EMEA Networks for AI sales community and communicate direction aligned with company strategy
  • Drive business growth, market share, revenue increases, and profitability
  • Coordinate all company sales activities across the area of control
  • Set organizational quotas and goals
  • Develop tactics to generate new sales
  • Manage pipeline reviews, asset management, demo sales achievement, and disciplined sales processes
  • Ensure optimum sales coverage through direct, partner, and multiple route-to-market resources
  • Develop sales resources and management talent
  • Build consultative relationships with customer accounts
  • Coach sales teams and leadership on key and difficult account opportunities
  • Build long-term growth opportunities through Account Business Planning
  • Develop consultative and solution-selling capabilities and compelling business cases
  • Deploy end-to-end selling resources, including solution partners, sales architects, inside sales representatives, and resellers
  • Provide external leadership to industry, community, and press
  • Engage global business unit, specialist, channel, and alliance sales teams
  • Create and manage country sales team resource plans
  • Balance short- and long-term planning and resource investment
  • Direct customers’ application of technology to new business problems
  • Create a performance-driven culture and high-performing IT sales force
  • Provide sales forecasts, customer feedback, and won/lost deal analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University or Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced university or Master's degree preferred
  • 5–10 years of sales and progressive management experience
  • 10–15 years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market
  • Strategic sales planning and implementation
