About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop organization-wide architectures and methodologies for software systems across multiple platforms and organizations
Design, build, configure, and troubleshoot integrations between the operations console and third-party platforms
Use APIs, connectors, event/data pipelines, and message buses for integrations
Identify and evaluate new technologies, innovations, and outsourced development partners
Create plans for integrating technologies into the architecture and updating the technology roadmap
Review designs and project activities for compliance with development guidelines and standards
Provide feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk
Influence executive business leadership, outsourced development partners, and industry standards groups
Mentor less-experienced staff members
Integrate ITSM, CMDB, and Security Operations workflows to correlate events, vulnerabilities, incidents, and assets
Integrate infrastructure and application monitoring, event management, and AIOps signals for end-to-end visibility
Serve as senior technical owner for the DHOC architecture integrating third-party products into a unified operations console

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship required
Secret or Top Secret clearance required
25% travel required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Typically 10+ years experience
ServiceNow for ITSM, CMDB, and Security Operations workflows
REST/APIs, Integration Hub, and event ingestion
Tenable Security Center for vulnerability management data, scan/asset integration, and console workflows
OpsRamp for hybrid infrastructure monitoring, event management, and AIOps
Experience with Elastic, Proven Optics, and Cohesity is a strong plus
Experience designing and developing software systems, tools, and languages
Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions
Experience integrating software systems across multiple platform types
Experience with software systems testing methodology, test plans, debugging, and testing scripts/tools
History of innovation with multiple patents or deployed solutions in software design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
Ability to communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels
