About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and redesign processes and technology using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Use data sources, process mining, statistical validation, and AI to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Streamline workflows and enhance system capabilities while aligning process design with business and customer needs
  • Use process mining tools, dashboards, and statistical analysis to drive investigations and executive performance insights
  • Establish future-state process improvement action plans, requirements, and performance monitoring
  • Leverage AI, emerging technologies, and best practices to design future processes and process roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and IT leadership and subject matter experts on digital transformation strategy and roadmaps
  • Develop and present future-process business cases, value creation plans, and detailed process maps
  • Lead initiatives from root-cause analysis through value realization for senior executives and subject matter experts
  • Deliver data-driven business cases including benefits, ROI, resources, timelines, impacts, and outcome alignment
  • Secure senior executive sponsorship for process designs and recommendations
  • Present persuasive, analytics-supported recommendations to senior leadership
  • Communicate initiative progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder environments with competing performance goals
  • Provide independent, data-informed analysis and recommendations and lead transparency across projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
  • Experience using process mining tools and techniques preferred
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in process design, new/future process design, digital transformation, data quality, and project management
  • Proven track record delivering data-driven business cases to senior executives
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams and achieving strategy-aligned, high-value outcomes
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL, querying, statistical analysis, dashboard development, process mining, and Lean Six Sigma quality
  • Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience coordinating and coaching Lean Six Sigma professionals
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align process design with long-term organizational goals
  • Experience using metrics and analytics to drive process enhancements
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate persuasively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with empirical analysis, root-cause analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies
  • Business acumen and experience managing cross-business-unit initiatives, stakeholders, matrixed teams, and resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language
  • Ability to communicate quality architectures, plans, proposals, and results and negotiate at business-unit and executive levels
