Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and redesign existing processes and technology using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Analyze data sources, process mining outputs, and statistical validation to identify improvement opportunities
  • Apply AI and automation to reduce manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance system capabilities
  • Align process designs with business objectives and customer needs and drive executive alignment
  • Use process mining tools, dashboards, and statistical analysis to conduct data-driven investigations
  • Establish future-state improvement action plans, requirements, and performance monitoring
  • Design future-state processes using AI, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and IT leadership and subject matter experts on digital transformation strategies and roadmaps
  • Develop and present future-process business cases, value-creation plans, and detailed process maps
  • Lead root-cause analysis through value realization for senior executives and subject matter experts
  • Deliver data-driven business cases covering benefits, ROI, resources, timelines, impacts, and customer-focused outcomes
  • Secure senior executive sponsorship for business cases and design insights
  • Present persuasive, analytics-supported recommendations to senior leadership
  • Communicate initiative progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder environments with competing performance goals
  • Provide independent analysis and recommendations and lead transparency across process, data, and project work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
  • Experience using process mining tools and techniques preferred
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in process design, new/future process design, digital transformation, data quality, and project management
  • Proven track record delivering data-driven business cases to senior executives
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams and achieving strategy-aligned, high-value outcomes
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL, querying, statistical analysis, dashboard development, process mining, Lean Six Sigma quality, and business interpretation
  • Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience coordinating and coaching Lean Six Sigma professionals
  • Strategic thinking and alignment of process design with organizational goals
  • Data-driven decision-making using metrics and analytics
  • Executive communication and stakeholder influence
  • Change leadership and transformational team guidance
  • Expertise in empirical analysis, root-cause analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies
  • Business acumen and experience managing cross-business-unit initiatives, matrixed teams, and resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and the local language
  • Ability to communicate quality architectures, plans, proposals, and results and negotiate at business-unit and executive levels
