About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for a product
- Define the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case for innovative products
- Synthesize market requirements into marketing and customer details using customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry acumen
- Advise key stakeholders on portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit phases
- Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, marketing, and other value-chain partners to optimize margins and enable product success
- Manage products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle, from definition and enhancements through end of life
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field
- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
- Ability to develop product strategy and lead teams to achieve results
- Skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation, and analysis
- Business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
- Ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team
- MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
