About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical discovery and workshops with customer infrastructure teams and executives
Design HVM-based solutions, reference architectures, and migration approaches
Turn customer needs and competitive gaps into prioritized product requirements
Run proofs of concept, pilots, and early-access programs
Support sales, partners, and presales on strategic deals with demos and competitive positioning
Create reference guides, blogs, and migration playbooks
Work directly with strategic enterprise customers to shape virtualization solutions built on HVM (KVM-based)
Guide customers' moves from legacy virtualization solutions
Feed customer learnings back into the product roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or infrastructure roles
Hands-on experience with HVM / KVM (libvirt, QEMU)
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere or Nutanix AHV
Strong networking fundamentals: VLANs, L2/L3, routing, bonding, Linux bridges / Open vSwitch, VXLAN
Working knowledge of virtualized storage and Linux administration
Excellent communication with both executive and engineering audiences
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
Experience with large-scale VM migrations preferred
Familiarity with IaaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Python preferred
Certifications such as VCP, NCP, RHCE, or CCNA/CCNP preferred
