About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for a product
  • Define the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case for innovative products
  • Consider product configuration mix, revenue/margins, financials, and market share
  • Synthesize market requirements into marketing and customer details using customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry acumen
  • Advise key stakeholders on portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit phases
  • Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and marketing to optimize margins and enable product success
  • Coordinate product development, SKUs, inventory, marketing, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study
  • 4+ years of work experience in a related field
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
  • Ability to develop product strategy and lead teams to achieve results
  • Skills in cost-efficient solution building and financial performance metric creation and analysis
  • Business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
  • Ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team
  • MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
