Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs comprising multiple interconnected projects
  • Define program and project scope, strategy, objectives, milestones, and success criteria with executives and business sponsors
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps and plans, including milestones, critical paths, interdependencies, and resource requirements
  • Drive governance through frameworks, metrics, and performance-monitoring processes
  • Manage program risks and opportunities and resolve challenges
  • Coordinate project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure progress and remove bottlenecks
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide transparent reporting and priority alignment
  • Synthesize program data and facilitate executive decision-making
  • Lead retrospectives, share best practices, and improve program execution
  • Champion organizational change management and adoption of deliverables
  • Provide financial forecasts and manage approved budgets
  • Evaluate business impact and guide investment trade-offs
  • Mentor project managers and key contributors
  • Drive Project Forge’s portfolio of 40+ initiatives supporting recurring-revenue growth across Sales, Services, Partners, Operations, Finance, and IT

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles within complex, multi-business environments
  • Professional certifications such as PgMP®, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, or SAFe® Agile strongly preferred
  • Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
  • Ability to operate autonomously in highly complex environments
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources across multiple regions, with team sizes typically exceeding 20 contributors
