About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead internal projects to meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
  • Plan, control, and manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts
  • Manage large, complex projects across single or multiple regions
  • Manage project financials, business impact, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Manage upper-level stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate internal and external project resources
  • Mentor team members and provide performance review input and development recommendations
  • Track workstream activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans for Mega Account initiatives
  • Consolidate project information into a single Client Management view for governance, executive reporting, risk management, and issue escalation
  • Provide direction on process improvements and policy establishment
  • Represent the organization to external customers and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First Level University degree
  • 7+ years in project management roles or related roles/businesses
  • In-depth understanding of Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methods
  • PMP Certified
  • Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, financial forecasts, risks, stakeholders, and resources
  • Experience managing internal and external resources, generally with teams larger than 20 people from multiple countries
