Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead internal projects to meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
  • Plan, control, and manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts
  • Plan, build, and implement solutions to internal problems and issues
  • Orchestrate Mega Account initiatives end-to-end for Client Management
  • Track workstream activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Consolidate project information into a single view for governance and executive reporting
  • Enable proactive risk management and timely escalation of issues
  • Manage project financials and provide reliable forecasts to management
  • Manage upper-level stakeholder relationships
  • Manage internal and external project resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First Level University degree
  • 7+ years in project management roles or related roles/businesses
  • In-depth understanding of Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
  • Authority in project management methods
  • Contribution to the Services PM Profession community
  • PMP Certified
  • Ability to manage large/complex projects across single or multiple regions
  • Ability to manage project financials, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ability to manage upper-level stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources, generally with a team size greater than 20 people from multiple countries
