About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive technical enablement and solution design with strategic CSP/MSP partners
Architect and implement complex hybrid and multi-cloud solutions
Guide partners through deployments and ensure successful customer outcomes
Partner with local sales and pre-sales technical teams to drive the technical sales process
Deliver in-depth technical presentations, demonstrations, whiteboard discussions, proofs of concept, and initial software implementations
Serve as the technical bridge between HPE, customers, partners, Product, and Development teams
Gather customer and prospect feedback and communicate it to Product and Development to influence the product roadmap
Act as a trusted advisor for large, complex technical environments
Provide technical and business value through enablement, proof of value, and post-sales support as needed
Explain competitive differentiation and handle objections
Collaborate with resellers to drive deals and leverage partner capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Solution Architecture experience
Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, and other container technologies
Ability to design implementation architectures
Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, and network security
Experience with SDN, network virtualization, overlays/underlays, VXLAN/EVPN, and network automation
Working knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure
Programming skills in Java, Python, PHP, JSON, NodeJS, JavaScript, or similar
Understanding of network security, segmentation, Zero Trust, and observability
Ability to troubleshoot and explain complex technical architectures
Strong presentation, whiteboarding, demonstration, and customer-facing communication skills
Ability to lead technical POCs and work across sales and technical teams
Strong consultative selling and business-value communication skills
English and applicable local-language communication skills as needed
Preferred: Kubernetes/container networking experience
Preferred: AIOps, AI-driven network operations, or agentic automation experience
Preferred: MCP and AI/LLM-based infrastructure management familiarity
Preferred: Enterprise pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience
Preferred: IT Operations Management experience
Relevant networking or cloud certifications preferred
