About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and own complex hardware designs
  • Select components, capture schematics, define board-level architecture, bring up boards, debug, and validate designs
  • Drive high-speed digital design decisions involving signal integrity, power distribution, and system-level performance trade-offs
  • Partner with layout, validation, manufacturing, and firmware teams to deliver production-ready designs
  • Perform upfront analysis and hands-on validation to influence feasibility, margins, and reliability
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and empirical testing on new and evolving designs
  • Set technical direction and design best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and engineering standards
  • Influence architecture and deliver networking platforms deployed at global scale

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in complex systems and hardware design
  • Experience with integrated circuits and high-performance electronic platforms such as servers or mobile devices
  • Deep expertise in digital and analog circuit design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience
  • Knowledge of high-speed design, signal integrity, and power distribution techniques
  • Hands-on experience measuring, testing, and characterizing high-speed digital signals
  • Extensive board-level design experience using Cadence CAD tools, including OrCAD and Allegro
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions in technically complex situations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and the local language
