About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and build the HPEN AMS and LASER Pricing Operations function
Partner with Sales Leaders across all facets of Pricing and Pricing Operations
Partner with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Finance functions
Own all areas of pricing, from no-touch through high-touch
Structure and execute pricing requests for large, complex deals
Model various outcomes based on deal dynamics
Drive financial and market analyses, build financial models, and develop business cases
Produce executive-level presentations and materials
Drive innovation, simplification, automation, and modernization of pricing processes
Lead the HPEN integration project to bring Aruba and Juniper into one global CPQ process
Remove redundant pricing practices and efficiency barriers
Maintain and exceed pricing time-to-market metrics and pricing function SLAs
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, high standards, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in an operational or business process role
Extensive people management experience
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Technical skills and performance management experience
Hands-on experience with digital, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives
Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
Strong program and execution management skills, including roadmap development, benefits tracking, risk management, and partner oversight
Excellent writing, presenting, storytelling, and PowerPoint skills for executive audiences
Strategic thinking and ability to translate high-level frameworks into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
Ability to build partnerships across functions and geographies
